Have you tried our mouth-watering pulled pork recipe yet? These nachos are just one of the ways we enjoy all that meaty goodness! And even better, our recipe used dairy free ingredients yet tastes just as good as the real thing!

Succulent strands of slow-cooked, smoky and tender pork, mingle with layers of crispy tortilla chips and gooey cheese, creating a symphony of crunch and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

Pulled Pork Nachos

What do you need to make Pulled Pork Nachos?

You don’t have to have a ton of ingredients to make these delicious pulled pork nachos. These are our favorite toppings but feel free to add others you like as well.

  • Tortilla chips – white corn, yellow corn, blue corn….any kind works though the thin style chips might not hold up to the toppings as well.
  • Pulled pork – the star of these nachos is the pulled pork. It pairs so well with all of our other nacho toppings. Get our recipe here!
  • Dairy free cheese – we love the new formulation of Daiya Cheddar Shreds. They now use oat cream and this “cheese” melts insanely well. If you don’t follow a diary free diet, feel free to use your favorite shredded real dairy cheese. I do recommend shredded for even topping and melting.
  • Green onions – use both the green and white parts.
  • Pickled jalapenos – the pickled flavor goes really well with the pork, but you can use fresh jalapenos if you prefer.
  • Cilantro – I know some of you don’t like cilantro, but we love it so we use a generous amount to top our nachos.
  • Avocado – you can use avocado slices or make guacamole!
  • Lime – I like to squeeze some lime juice over the whole dish once it’s all done. It adds a nice little citrusy zest to these nachos.
  • Alabama White Sauce – our recipe for this sauce is one of the best, and it brings these nachos together!
  • Other topping options: white onion, pickled red onion, black olives, black or refried beans, salsa. The world is your oyst–, I mean, nacho. Add any other toppings you like!
