The Wildhorse Resort & Casino is a popular entertainment destination located Just outside of Pendleton, Oregon just off of I-84, which makes it a convenient and fantastic stopover on your way through northeastern Oregon.
They have an actual RV park, but they also offer free overnight parking in their main lot. In addition to things you would expect to find at a casino (gambling, drinks, food), they offer a ton of other things you wouldn’t normally see like a bowling alley, an arcade, a movie theatre, a golf course, and on occasion, some live entertainment. It’s also a very short drive into the city of Pendleton to explore everything it has to offer.

Review
As a stopover on our way across I-84 in northeast Oregon, the Wildhorse Resort & Casino was great! Super quick and easy access off the freeway and in/out of their parking lot. The parking area was level, and they had tons of spots plus, it felt very safe.
Just to clarify, because they also have a full RV park there, we parked in their casino parking lot. If there had been something going on in Pendleton, and we had needed to stay multiple days, I would consider staying in their actual RV park. The main downsides if you like quiet and dark, were that there was a lot of noise from truckers parked nearby and it’s very bright in the parking lot (but that added to the safe feeling for us so not a big deal).
Also, we can’t believe how much there is to do there in addition to the gambling (bowling alley, arcade, movie theatre). Unfortunately, some of the extra stuff closes on the earlier side (at least for us night owls) so pull in sooner if you are wanting to take advantage. It’s also just a short drive down into Pendleton.
Trailerability
They have dedicated RV parking spots which are super easy and convenient to pull in and out of. The access from I-84 is short and simple as well.

How to Book
For overnight parking in the casino parking lot they told us to just pick a spot and enjoy, but for the RV park, you need to book on their website.
